Hospital/Superbug Deforestation

Hospitals should be burned down every fifteen to twenty years, like forests, to get rid of all the germs that necessarily collect in them, before they are rebuilt on  a different site. A forest should be planted on the old site to let the plants process and distribute any remaining microbes. When the forest finally burns itself down, another hospital could be built on the original site.
